Laura and Rich’s Jewish Wedding At The Grove
The Grove, Hertfordshire
Our lovely couple Laura and Rich tied the knot in style at The Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire. When I first met Laura and her mum Suzy - Laura was obsessed with flowers - and I knew they were going to be a really important part of the big day celebrations. Choosing a colour palette of blush pinks, lilacs, creams and powder blues the wedding sung out countryside chic.
We created this beautiful entrance to welcome guests to the wedding day celebrations, ensuring every area was clad in flowers and scent.
The escort card table designed to look like tall country gardens surrounded the seating cards for the guests was positioned in the reception corridor, easily accessible for guests to find during the drinks reception.
Originally the ceremony was planned for outside in the grounds of the sunken garden, but British weather saw that that wasn’t to be the case so the Chuppah ceremony took place in the Amber suite ballroom. Whimsical and natural, the overly tall structure stood proudly at the end of white carpeted aisle complete with a floral ceiling that the family stood under with the Rabbi.
I loved the fact that Daisy, Laura’s little doggy joined in on the day and was lead down the aisle by the bridesmaids on a floral collar and lead, this was soooooo cute to witness!
Proud parents Suzy and Henri lead Laura to Rich down the candlelit aisle.
Whilst the guests enjoyed the drinks reception in the gardens of the hotel, we turned around the ballroom and positioned the most epic of top tables for the bridal party to dine at. A floral canopy was positioned over the table, complete with floral skirt and masses of candlelight. it was so dreamy and a breathtaking sight to behold x
Tables held floral designs in varying heights, creating interest within the space. We also positioned tall cherry blossom trees between the guest tables with candles hanging from their branches offering a romantic glow.
Wishing Laura and Rich a lifetime of happiness x
Big love, A x
